Internet Banking Features

  • Account details: Provide a detailed picture of the most important details of your accounts; allows you to generate the Bank statement by providing a history of all the transactions for the selected account for a maximum period of 12 Months.
  • Transfers: allows you to transfer funds between your own registered accounts within CRDB Bank, transfer to other accounts within CRDB Bank, transfer to other local Bank accounts within Burundi (RTGS), and transfer to International Bank accounts (SWIFT), and standing orders: allows you to create new, view, amend or cancel standing orders.
  • Bulk Payment: You can make up to 2000 payments in a single transaction to CRDB bank account holders and other local Bank accounts within Burundi, as well as bulk payments to Mobile Network Operator subscribers (ECONET & LUMITEL);
  • Bill Payment: Allows you to make bill payments from your own accounts to the service provider i.e Government payment, mobile payments, television bills, utility bills, taxes and fees (OBR), Schools and Universities anywhere and at any time.
  • Personal Financial Management (PFM): displays detailed line chart of customer expenses by categories set by the customer i.e. amount and dates.
