Mr. Hosea Ezekiel Kashimba

Board Chairman
Hosea Ezekiel Kashimba is General Administrator of the Social Security of the Public Service (PSSSF), before occupying this position, he worked as Director of Internal Audit at the PPF Pensions Fund (PPF). He also worked as an Internal Auditor at PPF Pensions Fund and as a Payroll Accountant.

Mr. Hosea holds a Master in Business Administration (Business Management) - University of Mzumbe, Higher Diploma in Certified Accountancy - IDM Mzumbe and he is also a Chartered Accountant (CPA) T - NBAA. He holds a Director's Certificate - Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT).

Dr. Oda Sindayizeruka

Vice-Board Chairman
Dr. Oda Sindayizeruka serves as the Financial Expert at the National Coordination Unit of the “Agro-Pastoral Productivity and Market Development Project (PRODEMA); financed by the World Bank. She is also the Financial Expert of the “Sustainable Coffee Landscape Project” (PADZOC) financed by the Global Environmental Facility.

She worked also as member of the team in charge of developing the “Agricultural Rehabilitation and Sustainable Land Management Project” (PRASAB), then the Financial Expert of this project, financed by the World Bank and the Global Environmental Facility.

She worked also as the Lecturer and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at the University of Burundi then moved on the Head of Finance and Administration and Lecturer at the same University.

Dr. Oda holds a PhD Degree in Economics with a speciality in Agricultural Economics, Rural Development and Agribusiness from University of Montpellier I- in France (Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences). She also holds a master‘s Degree in Agricultural Economics, Rural and Agribusiness speciality and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics Sciences.

Mrs. Kahumbya Kalaule Bashige

Kahumbya is a Chartered Director ( Institute of Directors, UK) and a seasoned professional in Governance, Development Finance, Commercial Banking and Corporate Finance.

She is an elected member of the Council of Institute of Directors, UK, a body that acts in an oversight and advisory capacity of the Board to ensure delivery of the objects of the Institute.

She has over 20 years’ experience in corporate and project finance, deal structuring, credit risk review, portfolio management, financial modeling, capital raising and advisory in areas of mergers and acquisitions. An expert in Finance, Kahumbya holds a Masters in Finance from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, UK and a Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting major from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Nairobi, Kenya.

She has extensive international experience having worked for four different multinational institutions namely Citibank, Deloitte and Touche, African Development Bank and Shelter Afrique.

She is currently heading the Investor Relations function at Shelter Afrique. Mrs Kahumbya is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee.

Dr. Elizabeth Mkoba

Dr. Elizabeth Mkoba is a Lecturer in IT Project Management, Applied Information Systems, Information, and Communication Technologies and Development (ICT4D), and Research Methods at the School of Computational and Communication Science and Engineering, The Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology, Arusha, Tanzania. She is a member of the South African Institute of Computer Scientists and Information Technologists, the Project Management South Africa Association, and the Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa. She is a panel member of reviewers of the National Research Foundation, Pretoria, South Africa. She is also a Chartered IT Professional and a member of the British Computer Society. She is a Global Alumni member of The Royal Princess and the Duke of Edinburgh - Commonwealth Leadership Study Conference. She is the Board Director of the Commonwealth Study Conferences Global Alumni Organization, UK.

Mr Salvator MINANI

Mr. Salvator Minani is a Lawyer by profession and the Founding Partner of Alpha Justice Chambers (AJC-Advocates and Consultants). He has previously worked as a Senior Associate at Trust Jurist Chambers (TJC-Advocates and Legal Experts) and a Junior Associate at SEGATWA and Co-Advocates. He is currently member of the Governing Council of Burundi Bar Association (BBA) and East Africa Law Society (EALS) respectively as Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General. Mr. Salvator Minani holds: A Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Peaceful Conflict Resolution (University of Burundi, 2021); a Certificate on “MSC. Pre-requisites Trade Policy and Trade Law” (Trade Policy Training Centre in Africa, 2021), an Advanced Diploma in International Relations, Diplomacy and Governance (Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies, 2022), a Master Certificate of Executive Strategic Leadership Management (Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies, 2022).

Mr Boma RABALLA

Board Member
Mr. Boma Raballa is the Chief Commercial Officer at CRDB Bank PLC. He provides leadership to over 2,400 employees (70% of the CRDB workforce) and manage Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Agency Banking, Bancassurance, Islamic Banking, Card Business and Branch Networks. He oversees enterprise risk management and governance as the first line of defence. He joined the Bank on 01st July 2019 as the Director of Retail Banking. Before joining CRDB, he worked with National Microfinance Bank (NMB) as the Head of Card Business, Head of Consumer Banking, Senior Manager Retail Liabilities, Insurance and VAS, Product Manager Retail Liabilities and Management Trainee. Boma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Corporate Management from Mzumbe University, Tanzania, and Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Kampala International University, Uganda. Mr Boma is the chairperson of Risk Committee.

Mr Didace NGENDAKUMANA

Mr. Didace Ngendakumana has served as a Diplomat and Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors in Private and Public Institutions. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors in a Financial Institution (FPHU) and in Burundi Housing Bank (BHB), where he was at the position of the Managing Director. Before joining the Coffee Sector and the Banking Industry, he was serving as the Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of Burundi Investment Promotion Authority (API). He is actually serving as the Director General and Member of the Board of Directors of Burundi Development Agency (ADB), Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTG and COKIGREBU Companies and a Member of the Board of Directors of a Private University named "Institut Universitaire des Lacs de Kirundo. Mr. Didace studied in Economics at University of Burundi (Diploma of applications and Diploma of Licence) and holds a Master Of Business Admnistration in strategic Management at International Leadership University (MBA)
