If an application (replacement or renewal) is done within Burundi branches delivery will be within two weeks. Customers that have applied for FAO cards (Fast Account opening) will receive their cards immediately upon application/opening of accounts while cards for diaspora customers will be given to their chosen person with power of attorneyy

Customer can use their CRDB SimBanking to block their cards or can contact our call center or visit a CRDB bank branch near them for assistance.

The Card Verification Value/Code (CVV/CVC) is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card. Customer will be required to enter it when transacting Online payment transactions.

The TemboCard linked to an account in BIF (Burundian Francs) can only transact on local CRDB ATMs and on other bank's ATMs integrated within Bi-switch.
