Mr. Hosea Ezekiel Kashimba

Hosea Ezekiel Kashimba est Administrateur Général de la Sécurité Sociale de la Fonction Publique (PSSSF), avant d'occuper ce poste, il a travaillé comme Directeur de l'Audit Interne au PPF Pensions Fund (PPF). Il a également travaillé en tant qu'Auditeur Interne à PPF Pensions Fund et en tant que Payroll Accountant. M. Hosea est titulaire d'une Maîtrise en administration des affaires (gestion d'entreprise) - Université de Mzumbe, diplôme supérieur en comptabilité certifiée - IDM Mzumbe et il est également expert-comptable agréé (CPA) T - NBAA. Il est titulaire d'un certificat d’Administrateur - Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT). Il est Administrateur non-exécutif, membre du Comité d'Audit et du Comité de Gestion des Risques.

Mr. Hosea holds a Master in Business Administration (Business Management) - University of Mzumbe, Higher Diploma in Certified Accountancy - IDM Mzumbe and he is also a Chartered Accountant (CPA) T - NBAA. He holds a Director's Certificate - Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT).

Dr Oda Sindayizeruka

Oda Sindayizeruka est l'expert financier de l'unité de coordination nationale du "Projet de développement de la productivité et des marchés agro-pastoraux (PRODEMA)", financé par la Banque mondiale. Elle est également l'expert financier du "Sustainable Coffee Landscape Project" (PADZOC), financé par le Fonds pour l'environnement mondial.

Elle a également travaillé comme membre de l'équipe chargée de développer le "Projet de réhabilitation agricole et de gestion durable des terres" (PRASAB), puis comme expert financier de ce projet, financé par la Banque mondiale et le Fonds pour l'environnement mondial.

Elle a également travaillé comme maître de conférences et vice-doyenne de la Faculté des sciences économiques et administratives de l'Université du Burundi, puis a été nommée responsable des finances et de l'administration et maître de conférences dans la même université.

Mme Oda est titulaire d'un doctorat en économie avec une spécialité en économie agricole, développement rural et agroalimentaire de l'Université de Montpellier I- en France (Faculté de droit et des sciences économiques). Elle est également titulaire d'un master en économie agricole, spécialité développement rural et agrobusiness, et d'une licence en sciences économiques.

Mrs. Kahumbya Kalaule Bashige

Kahumbya is a Chartered Director ( Institute of Directors, UK) and a seasoned professional in Governance, Development Finance, Commercial Banking and Corporate Finance.

She is an elected member of the Council of Institute of Directors, UK, a body that acts in an oversight and advisory capacity of the Board to ensure delivery of the objects of the Institute.

She has over 20 years’ experience in corporate and project finance, deal structuring, credit risk review, portfolio management, financial modeling, capital raising and advisory in areas of mergers and acquisitions. An expert in Finance, Kahumbya holds a Masters in Finance from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, UK and a Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting major from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Nairobi, Kenya.

She has extensive international experience having worked for four different multinational institutions namely Citibank, Deloitte and Touche, African Development Bank and Shelter Afrique.

She is currently heading the Investor Relations function at Shelter Afrique. Mrs Kahumbya is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee.

Dr. Elizabeth Mkoba

Dr. Elizabeth Mkoba is a Lecturer in IT Project Management, Applied Information Systems, Information, and Communication Technologies and Development (ICT4D), and Research Methods at the School of Computational and Communication Science and Engineering, The Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology, Arusha, Tanzania. She is a member of the South African Institute of Computer Scientists and Information Technologists, the Project Management South Africa Association, and the Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa. She is a panel member of reviewers of the National Research Foundation, Pretoria, South Africa. She is also a Chartered IT Professional and a member of the British Computer Society. She is a Global Alumni member of The Royal Princess and the Duke of Edinburgh - Commonwealth Leadership Study Conference. She is the Board Director of the Commonwealth Study Conferences Global Alumni Organization, UK.

Mr Salvator MINANI

M. Salvator Minani est un avocat de profession et l'associé fondateur d'Alpha Justice Chambers (AJC-Advocates and Consultants). Auparavant, il a travaillé comme associé principal à Trust Jurist Chambers (TJC-Advocates et experts juridiques) et comme associé junior à SEGATWA et Co-Advocates. Il est actuellement membre du Conseil d'administration du Barreau du Burundi (BBA) et de la East Africa Law Society (EALS), respectivement en tant que secrétaire général et secrétaire général adjoint. M. Salvator Minani est titulaire d'un Master en droits humains et résolution pacifique des conflits (Université du Burundi, 2021) ; un certificat sur "MSC. Pré-requis Politique commerciale et Droit commercial" (Centre de formation en politique commerciale en Afrique, 2021), un diplôme supérieur en relations internationales, diplomatie et gouvernance (Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies, 2022). Un Master Certificate of Executive Strategic Leadership Management (Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies, 2022).

Mr Boma RABALLA

Mr. Boma Raballa is the Chief Commercial Officer at CRDB Bank PLC. He provides leadership to over 2,400 employees (70% of the CRDB workforce) and manage Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Agency Banking, Bancassurance, Islamic Banking, Card Business and Branch Networks. He oversees enterprise risk management and governance as the first line of defence. He joined the Bank on 01st July 2019 as the Director of Retail Banking. Before joining CRDB, he worked with National Microfinance Bank (NMB) as the Head of Card Business, Head of Consumer Banking, Senior Manager Retail Liabilities, Insurance and VAS, Product Manager Retail Liabilities and Management Trainee. Boma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Corporate Management from Mzumbe University, Tanzania, and Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Kampala International University, Uganda. Mr Boma is the chairperson of Risk Committee.

Mr Didace NGENDAKUMANA

Mr. Didace Ngendakumana has served as a Diplomat and Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors in Private and Public Institutions. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors in a Financial Institution (FPHU) and in Burundi Housing Bank (BHB), where he was at the position of the Managing Director. Before joining the Coffee Sector and the Banking Industry, he was serving as the Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of Burundi Investment Promotion Authority (API). He is actually serving as the Director General and Member of the Board of Directors of Burundi Development Agency (ADB), Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTG and COKIGREBU Companies and a Member of the Board of Directors of a Private University named "Institut Universitaire des Lacs de Kirundo. Mr. Didace studied in Economics at University of Burundi (Diploma of applications and Diploma of Licence) and holds a Master Of Business Admnistration in strategic Management at International Leadership University (MBA)
